I tend to get impatient with the rate of change in education - most of all because MY KIDS are in the system right NOW, and I want things to be different in their classrooms  right NOW! :-)

I want my children (and all children!) to be engaged in learning in their classrooms.  I don&#039;t want to hear &quot;I had technology class today and it was SO boring.&quot; I don&#039;t want to have to fight with them everyday and MAKE them go to school!

And yet I&#039;ve had frequent conversations with colleagues, often urging me to be patient and that change takes time.

This video helped me put a different perspective on my push for change. Yes, there are times that I have to be patient - but there are also times to push the comfort zone!

You&#039;ve given me much to think about this morning!</description>
